Energy is infectious. I am a positive person and that inspires people around me to be more engaged and comfortable. It works wonders in collaborative and creative environments. I also take office costume parties very seriously.
I jump in at the deep end
I've learned a lot from designing as a one-person team at fast-paced startups. Including how to drive action, how to make decisions in ambigious moments, and how to design in a changing environment (I call it real-world designing). Whenever there's a challenge, I jump in.
