I love that my current workplace has 3 dogs at any given moment, I take office costume parties very seriously, I think diversity is essential,
and I like to treat myself with bubble tea after a productive week.
I've also been driving design for 2+ years at fast-growing startups. My biggest achievements include increasing a dashboard engagement rate by 21% through a complete redesign, and
raising my company's UX maturity level from 2 to 3 through tenacious collaboration with cross-functional team members.
On the side, I write articles on design, help local businesses kickstart their online presence, and dabble in game design and development.
