Hi, I'm Heidi.
I started my design journey at fast-paced startups and the biggest thing I've learned is that the design process is flexible. Small businesses are fast, scrappy, and often need a flexible approach to design. Having designed for companies with no brand to remote resorts with no wifi, I've honed the flexible design process to best match what small businesses need.
