Energy is infectious. From running creative workshops, user interviews, and design sprints, I've noticed the influence my positive energy brings to creative collaboration. So, along with my design skills, I make sure to bring positive energy into every project.
I've also been driving design at fast-paced startups and small businesses for 4+ years. It's taught me a lot, but most importantly, it's taught me how to steer a design project forward while in ambiguous waters.
